Company
Built by people who run treatment programs.
Two founders — one who operates a treatment center, one who has built software for twenty years — working alongside a clinic director and a revenue cycle firm founder whose day jobs are the workflows this product had to get right.
Small on purpose, for now. Early enough that talking to us changes what gets built.
The people
Four people, and none of us came from a generic EHR.
Two founders who build and run things, and two operators whose day jobs are the workflows this product had to get right. The second pair are not advisors in the decorative sense — the clinical and revenue-cycle designs were worked out with them.

Justin Etling
Co-founder
Managing partner · Capital Recovery Center, New Hampshire
Justin has spent over twenty years in substance use disorder treatment and in operating treatment centers. He runs Capital Recovery Center in New Hampshire, which means he is not describing a treatment program from memory — he is running one while we build this.
Most of the hard questions about what a residential program actually needs came from him, usually in the form of something that had gone wrong that week.
Shaped: census, safety rounds, level of care, and the audit tool

Samuel Jean
Co-founder
Technology · 20+ years building and managing software
Samuel has spent more than twenty years in technology, building and managing software systems. He is responsible for the architecture decision that everything else depends on: one tenant, one patient record, one audit log, rather than four products with an integration layer between them.
He is also the reason the API and the data export are not upsells. If you cannot get your records out, you do not own them.
Shaped: the platform, the record model, and the API

Jessica Budeau
Clinical operations
Clinic Director · Alliance Counseling Center
Jessica serves as Clinic Director at Alliance Counseling Center, where she provides operational leadership and strategic oversight supporting the agency's growth, quality of care, and organizational excellence. She brings more than three decades in healthcare and behavioral health.
She has spent that career building systems that improve both client outcomes and organizational effectiveness, which is a fair description of what we asked her to help us do here. The clinical workflows — intake, documentation, treatment planning, group, supervision — were designed against how her clinic actually runs.
Shaped: intake, documentation, treatment plans, and group workflows

Shameka Seals-Adjei
Revenue cycle
Founder · Tri-Sis RCM · Certified Professional Coder
Shameka founded Tri-Sis RCM in 2017, starting with a single client — a facility with more than 500 patients — and growing from there as she took the company full time in 2018. She is a Certified Professional Coder with a background in revenue cycle management and a stated passion for helping providers succeed.
Every claim, scrubbing rule, remittance, denial, and contract screen in this product was reviewed against how a real billing operation works. When something in the revenue cycle here looks unusually specific, that is why.

How we work
Three commitments that are easy to check.
These are not values in the poster sense. Each one is either true on the site right now or it isn't.
Every plan, seat band, discounted role, and metered add-on is on the pricing page. A company named for probity that hides its price is arguing with itself.
The trust center marks certifications in progress as in progress. Roadmap items are labelled. You should expect that from any vendor holding patient records.
Full export in a usable format, at any time, including on the way out. API access is a toggle, not a line item.
Where we are
Early enough that talking to us actually changes the product.
We are a small team building for a category most software treats as an afterthought. If you run a program and something here is wrong for how you work, that is a conversation worth both our time.
